PROFILE

 

George Okpala is a born-again Christian; a Catholic and a member of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria (CCRN) . He is a Metallurigical and Materials Engineer; graduated from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, FUTO, Imo State, Nigeria in 1994 and has been engaged in industrial production and management for 20 years. He is presently working as the factory Manager in a plastic industry in Anambra State, Nigeria.

 

Born in Portharcourt, Nigeria in 1960, the same birth year of the country, Nigeria. George is a cool, focused and calcuated gentleman; very spiritual, honest, conisderate, hardworking, resilient and completely trustworthy.

 

MORALITY/LIKES AND DISLIKES

 

He hates sin, indiscipline and corruption. He feels great discomfort when people are denied the opportunity for socio-economic and religious development, moves to tears to see the wealth of the nation pocketed by few individuals instead of it being used to uplift the lives of the people. He likes to read the Bible and other inspiration soaked books and materials. He likes to engage in useful conversation and seminars as well as challneges that will turn the potentialities and capabilities of humans into great concrete achievements.

 

He is a God worshipper and listens mainly to gospel music. George loves answering God's call for holiness as stated in Leviticuis 19:2. He savours the joy of the presence of the Holy Spirit.

 

HOBBY

 

He likes jogging and other physical exercises to keep fit. Strives to maintain excellent health. Likes writing and reading, especially the materials that offer useful knowledge. Always giving children the directions for good behaviour. He engages thoughts that reveal business opportiunities.

 

AMBITION

 

George wants to access fund to set up small production factory - either in partnership with an honest person or 100% owned. He wants to improve on his writing capabilities so as to write more books: socio-political, socio-religious and religious books.  He expects to have the opportunity to set up in the future, an organisation that will cater for the disadvantaged poor people of the world.
